Disgusting dirty room, poorly maintained facility.

Couple vacation gone wrong
The location was right, easy to get to with lots of parking. But man, the condition of the place, it was like a horror movie set.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but I mean, nothing worth a dime these days is easy on the wallet anyway.

Our family enjoyed the nice, clean room. We loved that the breakfast was great and the overall vibe was family-friendly.
My kids wished for a pool without debris. Improved maintenance, especially around the pool area, would make it perfect for families.

Great stay with friendly staff
We spent 3 nights here and had a nice experience overall. The staff were super friendly, especially Ransheik—she went out of her way to help us. The breakfast bags were a nice touch, considering the breakfast room was closed. The bathroom could use a bit of updating, but it was clean.

Just a top selection for a weekend rest in Port Allen with fantastic value for money. The breakfast room was really good, with hot and continental offerings, and the staff was extremely friendly. Be ready for a long walk to your room if you're near the back.

The stay was decent, loved the comfy king bed! 😌 However, the water pressure in the shower could've been better. Overall, it was a nice overnight stop.

There's potential here, as the staff showed pleasantness and professionalism. However, issues like bugs in the room, dirty linens, and unclean common areas overshadowed the positives. The breakfast selection was decent, but not worth braving the unsettling conditions. Probably not advisable for future stays.

Nice room and great breakfast, but WiFi was frustratingly slow.

We had an awesome time on our group vacation! The rooms were comfy with updated amenities like 32-inch LED TVs and great cable options. We loved visiting the local parks and checking out the nearby restaurants. I recommend staying here for a relaxed experience.
However, we did notice some cleanliness issues in common areas, as one friend found their belongings disturbed and chewed up by a rat. It was pretty concerning.

The food scene nearby is a treasure trove! Paul Wong's is a must-try for some tasty bites, and I had a delightful pastry there that was like a hug for the soul. Also, huge kudos for the room having the potential for a comfy stay, just needs a little TLC.

The king suite I was in felt spacious and had some nice features like the full-size refrigerator and microwave. The bed was comfortable, and I had no trouble sleeping. The air conditioning worked well, keeping the room nice and cool. I didn't try the Wi-Fi but it showed a strong signal. On the downside, the breakfast options were pretty limited for the price of 79.75. I've had better breakfasts at other Quality Inns for less. There were also some things that definitely need improvement, like the cleanliness of the breakfast area. It's unfortunate because the staff seemed friendly and helpful. Overall, it felt like the place had potential but could use a bit more effort in maintenance and breakfast offerings.

The stay wasn't all that perfect, but being close to attractions like the Louisiana State Museum was a highlight since we were there for sightseeing. I appreciated the reasonable pricing and the potential for a comfortable stay if the room had better upkeep. The breakfast was decent and helped start the day right. Overall, it felt like the place just needs a bit more care.
